Hygiene Kit for Each Patient
To avoid decalcification and gingival problems, each patient receiving full braces from Dr. Harper also receives a hygeine kit, including a Triumph Oral-B electric toothbrush, Crest Pro-Health toothpaste and Crest Pro-Health oral rinse presented with verbal oral hygiene instruction. Hygiene is monitored at every appointment.
Why We Make Hygiene a Priority
Braces and other orthodontic work can make hygiene even more difficult and annoying then is usually is. Often those receiving treatment are adolescents, and even less likely to have good oral hygiene. Because your best oral health care is our priority, we believe the kit is a must. We provide a kit to each new patient.
Efficient , Faster Treatment
Correct timing of orthodontic treatment leads to a shorter time in braces. We don't begin treatment until the patient is in the ideal condition to make rapid progress. Shorter treatment times result in less problems with decalcification, less inflammation of the gums, and less patient "burn-out."
